Emilyn Stam is a Toronto-based fiddler, pianist and accordionist who tours and performs with some of the finest folk groups in Canada and Europe in venues ranging from house concerts to large-scale festivals. In addition to the Lemon Bucket Orkestra, she performs in Canada with the Shoeless, Eh?!, and across Europe with Té (Netherlands). A student of legendary Canadian violinist Oliver Schroer, she has released 5 albums and appears on at least 20 other recordings, including David Woodhead’s “Confabulation”, Oliver Schroer’s “Smithers” and Jaron Freeman-Fox’s “Manic Almanac, Slow Mobius”. Her album with “Eh?!” (Anne Lederman and James Stephens) was nominated for a Canadian Folk Music Award. www.emilynstam.com
