Yoga is a union of body and breath. These sessions are designed for an ever-curious beginner and well-seasoned yoga folks alike. Please bring your mat, blanket/towel and an open mind.
Morning yoga sessions will offer a gentle way to wake up. The use of breathing and stretching techniques start the day with focus and body awareness. The asanas (body postures) also increase range of motion and core body strength.
Afternoon yoga sessions willl offer breathing techniques and restorative poses to help recharge energy levels. We will use props (such as a rolled up blanket) to support our bodies in postures for longer periods of time. Come to relax and renew.
