Ada Dahli has been teaching yoga for 2 years and is based in the Vinyasa style. Her personal practice began in late 2016 when a quickening desire to deepen her connection with her body emerged. She completed her first 200 hour Teachers Training in August of 2017 and has since expanded her practice and teachings to include Restorative, Pilates, HIIT and more power oriented sequencing. She's a lover of alignment, stability, graceful pacing and patient attention to the more subtle aspects of yoga. As a teacher she brings a patient and insightful tone to her classes as well as a playful encouragement to find the kid in us who loved to just roll around.
